Return Window

We offer a 30-day return period for most of our modular deck systems and outdoor products. The return period begins from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Eligible Products

The following products are eligible for return:

  • Composite deck tiles (unopened packages)
  • Modular platform kits (unassembled, original packaging)
  • Edge trim kits and accessories
  • Pedestal systems (unused)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-cut or specially configured products
  • Products that have been installed or assembled
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale
  • Professional installation services once rendered
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or modification

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 30 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Pack items securely in original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked
  • Ship the return to the address provided

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • Defective products or manufacturing errors
  • Incorrect items shipped
  • Damaged goods received

For defective or incorrectly shipped items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you need a different product, color, or size, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. This ensures the fastest processing of your new order.
